FAKTOR a Jövő Közösségéért Egészségügyi és Sportegyesület successfully coordinated the Erasmus+ Youth Mobility project "Catch The Rhythm With Ergotherapy, Understand Life!" (Project No: 2020-3-HU01-KA105-093808), implemented in Hungary under the 2020 Erasmus+ KA105 – Learning Mobility of Individuals call.
The project brought together partner organizations from Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, and Türkiye to introduce young people to the concept of ergotherapy (occupational therapy) and demonstrate how artistic activities can contribute to physical, emotional, and social well-being.
As the coordinating organization, FAKTOR designed an international learning environment where participants explored the role of art in therapeutic processes through creative workshops, intercultural cooperation, and collaborative activities. The project highlighted that artistic expression can help individuals overcome barriers, improve communication, and strengthen self-confidence regardless of their backgrounds.
By combining health, education, and creativity, the project contributed to raising awareness of ergotherapy while encouraging young people to embrace inclusion, lifelong learning, and active participation within their communities.
