Strengthening International Cooperation Through Cultural Exchange🌍

🤝 As the Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers project "Art is a Scream of Freedom!" (Project Code: 2024-3-HU01-KA153-YOU-000265010) progressed in Budapest, Hungary, FAKTOR a Jövő Közösségéért Egészségügyi és Sportegyesület continued to foster an environment where intercultural dialogue and international cooperation became an essential part of the learning experience. Bringing together youth workers from Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, Latvia, and Türkiye, the mobility demonstrated that addressing mental health challenges requires not only innovative educational methods but also strong partnerships built on trust, understanding, and shared values. 🌍

One of the highlights of the programme was the Intercultural Evening, where participants proudly presented the traditions, customs, history, music, cuisine, and cultural heritage of their respective countries. These presentations encouraged participants to celebrate diversity while discovering common values that unite European communities. The informal atmosphere created opportunities for meaningful conversations, allowing participants to build friendships and gain a deeper appreciation of different cultural perspectives that influence youth work across Europe.

Alongside the cultural programme, participants exchanged professional experiences and discussed the challenges they face when supporting young people in their local communities. Conversations focused on innovative non-formal education methods, the role of creativity in promoting emotional well-being, and practical approaches to engaging young people through volunteering, artistic activities, and community participation. These exchanges strengthened international networks and provided valuable inspiration for future Erasmus+ initiatives and cross-border cooperation.
