FAKTOR Community Health and Sport Association participated as the Hungarian partner in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "A New Epidemic: Obesity" (Project No. 2023-3-IT03-KA152-YOU-000174644), held in Rome, Italy, from 30 June to 6 July 2024 under the coordination of Sports and Healthy Living Community. As the mobility approached its conclusion, participants focused on evaluating their personal development, recognising the competences they had gained, and exploring how the knowledge acquired during the project could continue to shape healthier lifestyles in the future.

The programme continued to encourage active living through the daily Walk at Home exercise sessions, reinforcing the importance of making regular physical activity a lasting habit. Participants reflected on how consistent movement contributes to cardiovascular health, increased energy, stronger muscles, and long-term well-being, while recognising that sustainable lifestyle changes begin with simple daily routines.

A significant part of the programme was dedicated to the Youthpass self-evaluation process. Participants individually reflected on the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competences they had developed throughout the mobility. By completing the Youthpass self-assessment, they became more aware of their personal learning journey, identified areas for further development, and recognised the educational value of non-formal learning within the Erasmus+ Programme.

Learning also continued beyond the training venue through a cultural visit around Rome. Participants explored the city's historical landmarks, cultural heritage, and local traditions, gaining a deeper appreciation of European diversity through direct observation and informal learning. These experiences strengthened intercultural understanding while demonstrating that meaningful learning can take place in everyday environments as well as in organised educational activities.

The mobility concluded with comprehensive evaluation and follow-up activities that enabled participants to assess both the educational process and their own personal progress. Through theoretical reflection, practical assessment, and self-analysis, they reviewed how successfully they had transformed new knowledge into healthier daily habits and recognised the competences they had developed during the exchange. Through its participation in this Erasmus+ project, FAKTOR Community Health and Sport Association continues to encourage international cooperation, non-formal education, healthy lifestyles, and lifelong learning, empowering young people to become active contributors to healthier and more inclusive communities across Europe.
