The programme began with dynamic socialisation activities that encouraged participants to build trust, improve communication and quickly become part of an international team. Interactive movement-based exercises combined light physical activity with cooperation, helping participants learn one another's names, strengthen dialogue and experience the importance of teamwork. Supported by interaction, dialogue and group work methods, these activities demonstrated how sport can create positive social connections while promoting emotional well-being and active participation.
Creative learning workshops encouraged participants to reflect on the value of sport from new perspectives. During the "Mindful Colors Workshop", participants designed imaginary sports and discussed their potential benefits for individuals and communities. By using brainstorming and opinion-development methods, they explored innovative ideas for motivating people to become more physically active. This process strengthened creative thinking, critical discussion and confidence in expressing and defending ideas while highlighting the social and psychological benefits of regular physical activity.
The project also connected learning with real-life experiences through an engaging social research activity conducted in public spaces. Participants collaborated according to their individual skills to organise a social experiment observing how local people reacted to visible sporting activities. Observation, dialogue and analysis methods enabled participants to examine public behaviour, discuss social perceptions of physical activity and better understand how communication and human interaction influence community engagement. This practical experience improved analytical thinking while demonstrating how research can support awareness-raising initiatives.
Intercultural learning formed another essential part of the exchange through collaborative cultural activities centred on traditional sports. Participants worked together to present sports that represent their countries, prepared creative promotional documentaries and shared stories behind these traditions. The activity strengthened presentation skills, teamwork and intercultural understanding while creating opportunities to appreciate cultural diversity through sport. Continuous reflection sessions and structured feedback activities further encouraged participants to evaluate both the learning process and project implementation, supporting personal growth, constructive communication and continuous improvement throughout the mobility. By the end of the exchange, participants had strengthened their intercultural competences, communication skills, creativity and understanding of sport as a powerful tool for health, inclusion and international cooperation.
